Ingredients list for Cheesy Chicken Nachos

  • 250 grams Boneless chicken cut, strips
  • as required Processed cheese grated
  • 1 cup Nacho Chips
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato cut, small cubes
  • to taste Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Crushed black peppercorns
  • ½ medium Green capsicum cut, small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cream
  • 1-2 stalks Spring onion greens finely chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden. Add onion and sauté till translucent.
  3. Add tomato, mix and cook till soft. Add chicken, mix and cook till done.
  4. Add salt and paprika and mix. Add crushed peppercorns and mix well. Add capsicum, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add cream, mix and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Place some nacho chips in a shallow glass baking dish and put chicken mixture on top. Put some cheese on top.
  6. Place the baking dish on a baking tray. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and gratinate till cheese melts.
  7. Serve hot.
