Cheese Stuffed Seekh Kebabs The popular street food – chicken seekh kebabs stuffed with cheese sticks and deep-fried. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Mozzarella cheese, Chicken mince Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Cheese Stuffed Seekh Kebabs as required Mozzarella cheese sticks, 8 x 2 inch 250 grams Chicken mince for deep-frying Oil 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon Mint leaves 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped ½ teaspoon Chaat masala ¼ cup Onion fried for coating Bread crumbs dried 2 Eggs Method Take chicken mince in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, chaat masala and fried onion and mix well. Grind the chicken mixture to make a smooth mixture and transfer in the same bowl. Divide the chicken mixture into equal portions and wrap each portion around a mozzarella cheese stick to make kebabs. Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Spread some breadcrumbs on a plate. Break eggs in a bowl and whisk well. Coat each kebab with breadcrumbs, dip in egg and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
