Ingredients list for Cereal Bhel

  • 1 cup Cornflakes
  • 1 cup Rice Crispies
  • 1 cup Wheat flakes
  • 3 medium Onions finely chopped
  • 3 medium Tomatoes roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup Masala dal
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Green chutney
  • 3 tablespoons Tamarind chutney
  • 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • for garnishing Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons +

Method

  1. Mix cornflakes, rice crispies and wheat flakes in a bowl.
  2. Add onions, tomatoes, masala dal, green chutney, tamarind chutney, green chillies, red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice. Toss well.
  3. Add two tablespoons coriander leaves and mix.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately garnished with coriander leaves.
