Ingredients
- 1 medium cauiliflower, grated
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon scraped fresh coconut
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- A pinch of asafoetida
Method
- Steam grated cauliflower. Cool it. Mix all the ingredients. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. When they splutter, add asafoetida and add this tempering to the cauliflower mixture. Mix and serve.
