Burnt Garlic Vegetable Fried Rice - SK Khazana An all time favorite dish that goes well with any oriental gravy or tastes divine on its own. By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Garlic, Rice Cuisine Indo-Chinese Course Rice Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Burnt Garlic Vegetable Fried Rice - SK Khazana 3 tablespoons Garlic chopped 3 cups Rice cooked 12-15 French beans finely chopped 1 medium Carrot finely chopped 2 cups Cabbage shredded 3 tablespoons Oil 4-5 Spring onion bulbs finely chopped to taste Salt 4 teaspoons Soy sauce 2-3 tablespoons Spring onion greens chopped + for garnish 2 tablespoons Vinegar Method To make fried garlic, heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden brown. Strain the mixture into a bowl, reserve the garlic infused oil and keep aside the fried garlic. Heat garlic infused oil in another non-stick pan, add spring onion bulbs, French beans, carrot, and salt, mix well. Add shredded cabbage, soy sauce, rice and 3-4 tsps fried garlic and toss well. Add spring onion greens, and vinegar and mix well. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Mix well and take the pan off the heat. Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with a little fried garlic (you can store the remaining fried garlic and use as required) and spring onion greens.
