Method

  1. Wash, clean and mash berries. Mix in salt, turmeric powder and jaggery, cover and keep aside to marinate for a couple of days. Add panch phoron powder, mustard oil and red chilli powder and cook on low heat till one thread consistency is reached. Can be eaten as an accompaniment with any dish.
