  • 1/2 cup black beans, boiled
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels, boiled
  • 1/4 red capsicum, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

  1. Place the cooked rice in a bowl.
  2. Add black chana, corn, red capsicum, onion, garlic, salt, pepper powder, lemon juice and olive oil and mix well.
