Ingredients for Black Bean And Rice Salad Recipe

  • Black beans boiled 1/2 cup

  • Rice 1 cup

  • Corn niblets boiled 1/2 cup

  • Red capsicum chopped 1/4

  • Onion chopped 1/2

  • Garlic crushed 1-2 clove

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Place the cooked rice in a bowl.

Step 2

Add black chana, corn, red capsicum, onion, garlic, salt, pepper powder, lemon juice and olive oil and mix well.
