Ingredients
- 500 grams Ladyfingers (bhindi), washed
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon dry mango powder (amchur)
- Salt to taste
Method
- Pat dry the ladyfingers. Discard the heads and chop the ladyfingers.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, Add cumin seeds and let them change colour.
- Chop green chillies and add along with turmeric powder. Saute for 1 minute.
- Add onions and saute till translucent. Add ladyfingers, salt, coriander powder and dry mango powder. Mix well and cook on low heat till ladyfingers are tender.
- Serve hot.
