By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Jun 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Gram flour (besan), Green chillies (Bhavnagri) Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Besanwali Hari Mirchi 1 cup Gram flour (besan) 8-10 Green chillies (Bhavnagri) to taste Salt 2 teaspoons Dried mango powder 1 tablespoon Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 2 tablespoons Oil ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder Method Dry roast gram flour till fragrant. Add dried mango powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder and mix well. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Switch off the heat and cool. Slit and deseed the chillies. Fill a portion of the gram flour mixture in the green chillies. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, place stuffed chillies and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
