Ingredients list for Besanwali Hari Mirchi
- 1 cup Gram flour (besan)
- 8-10 Green chillies (Bhavnagri)
- to taste Salt
- 2 teaspoons Dried mango powder
- 1 tablespoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
Method
- Dry roast gram flour till fragrant. Add dried mango powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder and mix well.
- Add ½ cup water and mix well. Switch off the heat and cool.
- Slit and deseed the chillies. Fill a portion of the gram flour mixture in the green chillies.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, place stuffed chillies and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Serve hot.
