Ingredients
- 300 grams colocassia (arbi)
- 2 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- Coriander sprig for garnish
Method
- Slice colocasia into thick roundels and set aside.
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add the sliced colocasia and sauté for 5-6 minutes. Add gram flour, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt and toss well.
- Add chopped coriander and mix well. Take the pan off the heat.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with fresh coriander sprig and serve hot.
