By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Jul 2018 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Medium prawns, Oil Cuisine Thai Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Bang Bang Prawns - SK Khazana 150 grams Medium prawns shelled and deveined for greasing Oil 1 1/2 cups Panko breadcrumbs 1/4 cup Onion powder to taste Black peppercorns crushed to taste Salt 3/4 cup Olive oil for dusting Refined flour (maida) 2 Eggs beaten 1/4 cup Mkayonnaise 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce 3 tablespoons Sweet chilli sauce 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Honey for garnish Fresh parsley chopped Method Preheat oven to 180º C. Grease a baking tray with some oil. Mix together panko breadcrumbs, onion powder, crushed peppercorns, salt and olive oil in a bowl. Dust prawns with some flour, dip in beaten eggs and coat with the breadcrumbs mixture. Place them on the greased tray. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Mix together mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, chilli sauce, lemon juice, honey, salt and crushed peppercorns in another bowl.
