Ingredients list for Baked Chicken
- 1 medium Chicken cut into medium pieces
- 1 inch Ginger peeled
- 10-15 Garlic cloves
- 4-5 Green chillies
- 10-15 Fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup Fresh fenugreek leaves
- 10-12 Fresh spinach leaves
- 2 medium Onions finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Yogurt thick
- 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- Juice of ½ lemon
- to taste Salt
- for garnishing Onion rings
Method
- Preheat oven at 180º C.
- Grind together ginger, garlic, green chilies, coriander, mint, fenugreek, spinach, onions and yogurt till smooth. Transfer into a bowl.
- Add chicken pieces, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt and mix well. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Place marinate chicken on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Drizzle lemon juice.
- Serve hot garnished with onion rings.
