Ingredients list for Andewale Pakode

  • 8 Eggs boiled, peeled and grated
  • 3 tablespoons Gram flour (besan)
  • 3 Spring onions with greens chopped
  • 4-5 Green chillies chopped
  • 2 inch piece Ginger chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Soda bicarbonate
  • to taste Salt
  • to deep fry Oil

Method

  1. ix grated eggs, gram flour, spring onions with greens, green chillies, ginger, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves, soda bicarbonate and salt in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle a little water and combine all the ingredients well.
