Ingredients list for Andewale Pakode
- 8 Eggs boiled, peeled and grated
 - 3 tablespoons Gram flour (besan)
 - 3 Spring onions with greens chopped
 - 4-5 Green chillies chopped
 - 2 inch piece Ginger chopped
 - 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
 - 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
 - 3 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
 - 1/4 teaspoon Soda bicarbonate
 - to taste Salt
 - to deep fry Oil
 
Method
- ix grated eggs, gram flour, spring onions with greens, green chillies, ginger, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves, soda bicarbonate and salt in a bowl.
 - Sprinkle a little water and combine all the ingredients well.
