Ingredients list for Anardane Aur Pudine Ki Chutney

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Pomegranate Pearls
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves
  • 3 Green chillies, roughly chopped
  • 1 inch piece Ginger, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • to taste Salt


  1. Grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, lemon juice, salt, cumin seeds, dry pomegranate seeds and a little water in a mixer jar till smooth.
  2. Transfer the chutney in a bowl. Add fresh pomegranate pearls, yogurt and mix well. Cool and serve
