Ingredients list for Watermelon Salsa

  • 2 cups Watermelon peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 packet Onions
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 Yellow capsicum chopped
  • 2 Pickled jalapeno peppers chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 Green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Put watermelon, onion, yellow capsicum, jalapenos, coriander leaves, green chillies, crushed peppercorns, lemon juice and salt into a mixing bowl and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  2. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
