Ingredients list for Tomato Nacho
- ½ cup Tomato puree
 - 1 cup Refined flour (maida)
 - ½ cup Maize flour (makai ka atta)
 - to taste Salt
 - 1 tablespoon Oil
 - Spice Mix
 - 1 teaspoon Onion powder
 - ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder
 - 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
 - to taste Crushed black peppercorns
 - to taste Salt
 - a pinch Citric acid Powder
 
Method
- Take refined flour in a bowl. Add maize flour, salt, tomato puree and oil, mix and knead into stiff dough. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
 - Divide the dough into large equal portions, dip in some hot oil and roll out each portion to thin sheets.
 - Cut each sheet into squares and prick with a fork. Cut into triangles.
 - Heat sufficient oil in a pan.
 - To prepare spice mix, mix together onion powder, chilli powder, garlic powder, crushed peppercorns, salt and citric acid powder in a bowl.
 - Deep-fry the triangles in hot oil till light golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
 - Sprinkle some spice mix on top of fried nachos while still hot and mix lightly.
 - Serve with tomato salsa.
