Ingredients list for Til and Dry Fruits Laddoo

  • 1/2 cup Sesame seeds (til)
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Cashewnuts
  • 2 tablespoons Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Seedless dates
  • 8-9 Dried figs
  • 2 tablespoons Desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • a pinch Nutmeg powder

Method

  1. Dry roast the almonds till well browned. Remove from heat and set aside. Dry roast the cashewnuts till well-done. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Chop the dates and figs.
  3. Grind together the chopped dates, figs, almonds, cashewnuts, raisins, coconut, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder coarsely. Transfer onto a plate.
  4. Spread the sesame seeds on another plate.
  5. Divide the ground mixture into twelve equal portions and shape them into small laddoos. Coat the laddoos with the sesame seeds.
  6. Serve or place in an airtight container and refrigerate to store.
