Ingredients for Thepla Tacos Recipe

  • Theplas 8

  • Small carrot 1

  • Iceberg lettuce leaves 120 grams

  • Medium potatoes boiled and peeled 2

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Chaat masala 1/4 teaspoon

  • Lemon 1

  • Chhunda for drizzling

  • Nylon sev to garnish

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped to garnish


Step 1

Thinly slice the carrot and then cut into thin strips and put into a bowl. Shred iceberg lettuce leaves and add to the same bowl. Cut potatoes into sticks and add to the same bowl.

Step 2

Add red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala and squeeze the juice of lemon and mix well.

Step 3

Take each thepla, place a portion of the vegetable mixture in the centre and drizzle chhunda and on top. Place them on a taco stand.

Step 4

Sprinkle sev and coriander leaves on top and serve immediately.
