By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Dec 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Big prawns, Salt Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Tandoori Prawns 12-16 Big prawns , shelled and deveined with tails intact to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 2 1/2 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste 2 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder 2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 4 tablespoons Gram flour 1/2 cup Hung yogurt to serve Onion rings to serve Lemon wedges to serve Green chutney Method Take prawns in a bowl, add salt, lemon juice and 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste and mix well. Keep aside to marinate. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and gram flour, mix and sauté for a minute. Transfer into a bowl and cool down to room temperature. Add hung yogurt, remaining ginger-garlic paste and salt and mix well. Add prawns and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes. Preheat an oven at 200º C. Arrange the marinated prawns on a baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
