Ingredients
- 400 grams broccoli separated into florets and blanched
 - ½ cup yogurt
 - ½ cup processed cheese grated
 - ¼ cup fresh cream
 - 2 teaspoons green chilli paste
 - ½ teaspoon white pepper powder
 - ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
 - Salt to taste
 
Method
- Mix together yogurt, processed cheese, fresh cream, green chilli paste, white pepper powder, green cardamom powder and salt in a bowl.
 - Add broccoli and mix. Set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
 - Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
 - Place the florets on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
 - Serve hot with onion rings and lemons.
