Ingredients for Tadka Pasta-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Macaroni boiled 1 1/2 cups

  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon

  • Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon

  • Curry leaves 4-5

  • Dried red chillies 2

  • Gun powder (molaga podi) 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 teaspoon

  • Fresh coriander sprig to garnish


Step 1

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and sauté till seeds splutter.

Step 2

Add cumin seeds and sauté till seeds change colour. Add curry leaves. Chop red chillies, add to the pan, mix and sauté well.

Step 3

Add gun powder, mix well and cook for a minute. Add macaroni and toss well.

Step 4

Add salt and toss again. Add coriander leaves and mix well.

Step 5

Garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.
