Ingredients list for Sweet Potato Stir Fry

  • 1 cup Sweet potat grated
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 Green chilli finely chopped
  • 8-10 Cashewnuts
  • 4 tablespoons Coconut grated
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non stick kadai , add cumin seeds and when it splutters add green chillies and cashew nuts and saute for a minute.
  2. Add the grated sweet potatoes and sauté for a minute. Add grated coconut, sugar, salt and cook till potatoes are cooked.
  3. Serve hot.
