Ingredients
- 1 cup grated sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 8-10 cashewnuts
- 4 tablespoons grated coconut
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat ghee in a non stick kadai , add cumin seeds and when it splutters add green chillies and cashew nuts and saute for a minute.
- Add the grated sweet potatoes and sauté for a minute. Add grated coconut, sugar, salt and cook till potatoes are cooked.
- Serve hot.
