Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Spicy Chicken And Sausage Salad Recipe

  • Chicken 1

  • Spicy chicken sausgae 100 grams

  • Red capsicum 1 medium

  • Yellow capsicum 1 medium

  • Garlic 3-4 cloves

  • Salt to taste

  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon

  • Black peppercorns crushed 5-6

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Brown bread 1-2 slices

  • Fresh cream 2 tablespoons

  • Iceberg lettuce a few leaves

  • Onion sliced 1 small


Step 1

Grease red and yellow capsicums and roast them along with garlic cloves on the bar-be-cue. Also roast the chicken sausages and halved lemon.

Step 2

Slice the chicken breast thinly and sprinkle salt on both the sides. Take a little olive oil in a plate and dip the chicken pieces in it.

Step 3

Press crushed black peppercorns on both sides of the chicken slices. Sprinkle a little more olive oil.

Step 4

Place them on the bar-be-cue and roast. Also roast the brown bread slices on the bar-be-cue. Chop the red and yellow capsicums into big triangles. Cut the bread slices into big pieces.

Step 5

For the dressing mix Tabasco sauce and fresh cream in a bowl.
