Ingredients 

  • 1 cup sliced smoked marlin fish 
  • 2-3 stalks spring onion greens , chopped
  • ½ raw mango , peeled and sliced into thin fingers
  • 1 medium tomato , seeded and sliced into thin fingers
  • 1 medium onion , sliced
  • 3 teaspoons passion fruit pulp
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • 2-3  lemon slices to decorate 

Method

  1. Put smoked fish, spring onion greens, raw mango, tomatoes and onions into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add passion fruit, squeeze the juice of ½ lemon, add extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper powder and mix well
  3. Transfer onto a serving plate, decorate with lemon slices and serve immediately.
