Ingredients

  • 1 medium raw mango, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 6-8 fresh coriander sprigs
  • 1-2 green chillies
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • ½ inch ginger, roughly chopped
  • Salt to taste

Method 

  1. Put raw mango into a blender jar, add mint leaves, coriander sprigs, green chillies, garlic, ginger and salt and blend well. Add ¼ cup water and blend into a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer into a serving bowl. Serve as accompaniment with a snack of your choice.
