Ingredients
- 1 medium raw mango, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 6-8 fresh coriander sprigs
- 1-2 green chillies
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- ½ inch ginger, roughly chopped
- Salt to taste
Method
- Put raw mango into a blender jar, add mint leaves, coriander sprigs, green chillies, garlic, ginger and salt and blend well. Add ¼ cup water and blend into a smooth paste.
- Transfer into a serving bowl. Serve as accompaniment with a snack of your choice.
