Ingredients list for Slow Roasted Garlic Tomatoes

  • 4 medium Tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 20-25 cloves Garlic
  • 5-6 Green chillies (Bhavnagri) slit
  • 1 tablespoon Sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 4-5 Coriander stems
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Chaat masala

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 80°C/200°F.
  2. Place sea salt, lemon juice, coriander stems and paprika in a large mixing bowl and toss.
  3. Add tomatoes, garlic and green chillies and rub in the mixture.
  4. Arrange the mixture evenly on a baking tray.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for twenty to twenty five minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve as an accompaniment.
