Ingredients list for Scrambled Egg Burritos
- 5 Eggs
- Tortilla
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 Tortillas
- 8 tablespoons Cooked rice
- 1 medium Carrot boiled and sliced
- 4 teaspoons Red chilli sauce
- a few Lettuce leaves torn
Method
- Break the eggs into a bowl.
- Add salt and black pepper powder and whisk. Add milk and butter and whisk.
- Heat the oil in a non stick pan. Pour the egg mixture and cook, stirring continuously, to make scrambled eggs. Place a tortilla on the work top. Place two tablespoons of rice at one end of the tortilla.
- Top it with the scrambled eggs. Place the carrot strips over and drizzle some chilli sauce. Sprinkle some lettuce leaves and roll the tortilla tightly.
- Halve each roll diagonally and serve immediately.
