By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Prawns, Garlic Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Roasted Garlic Prawns 200 grams Prawns shelled and deveined 10-15 cloves Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon Garlic paste 8 florets Broccoli 1/2 medium Carrot 1/2 inch pieces 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup 2 teaspoons Mustard paste to taste Salt 7-8 Black peppercorns crushed 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 5-6 Fresh basil leaves torn Method Boil broccoli florets and carrot pieces in two cups of water. Drain and set aside. Take prawns in a bowl and add garlic paste, tomato ketchup, mustard paste and mix. Add broccoli, carrots, salt, crushed black peppercorns, lemon juice and mix. Heat a pan, add chopped garlic and roast on medium heat till lightly browned. Add the marinated mixture and sauté for five minutes. Add basil leaves and mix. Serve hot.
