Pumpkin Shrimps Shrimps, pumpkin and potatoes cooked with simple masalas By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Dec 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pumpkin , Shrimps Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Pumpkin Shrimps 1/2 kilograms Pumpkin peeled and cut into 1 cm cubes 1/2 kilogram Shrimps peeled and deveined 2 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 2 Dried red chilli 1 Bay leaf 2 tablespoons Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 3-4 Green chilli to taste Salt 2 medium Potato cut into small cubes 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped Method Marinate the pumpkin pieces and potato pieces with turmeric and salt and keep it aside for half an hour. Heat one tablespoon oil in a non stick pan and shallow fry the pumpkins and potatoes till golden brown. Heat one tablespoon oil in a non stick pan and add cumin seeds, dry red chillies and bay leaves. Add shrimps, pumpkin, potatoes and saute for a minute. Add cumin powder, red chilli powder, slit green chillies and salt. Cover and cook.
