Ingredients for Plum Dip (Chutney) Recipe

  • Dried plums 250 grams

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Red chilli powder a pinch

  • Vinegar 1/2 cup


Step 1

Heat 2 cups water in a non stick pan, add plums and allow it to boil till soft.

Step 2

Add vinegar and sugar and cook till sugar melts.

Step 3

Add salt, black pepper powder and red chilli powder. Mix well and allow it to cool and serve.
