Ingredients list for Pineapple Lapsi
- 1 cup Broken Wheat
- 1 cup Fresh Pineapple Puree
- ¼ cup Ghee
- 3 cups Milk
- 3 cups Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon Almonds finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Pistachios finely chopped
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add broken wheat and sauté till light brown.
- Add milk, pineapple puree, two cups of water and sugar. Stir till all the liquid evaporates and broken wheat gets completely cooked.
- Add green cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios. Mix well and serve hot.
