Ingredients
- 16 hard boiled eggs, shelled
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 inch piece ginger, cut into juliennes
- 2 teaspoons all spice powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons black peppercorns
Method
- Place the shelled eggs in a glass jar. Heat one cup water in a non-stick pan.
- Add black peppercorns, ginger, all spice powder, salt and vinegar and boil it for ten minutes.
- Pour the boiling water on the eggs and cover when cold.
- Cover and keep it for two days before using it
