Ingredients list for Peppery Nuts

  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Cashewnuts
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Place walnuts, cashewnuts and almonds on a baking tray and roast them in the oven till they turn light brown. Transfer them into a bowl.
  3. Mix together crushed peppercorns, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, oil and salt in another bowl. Drizzle the spice mix over the nuts and toss till the spices are properly coated.
  4. Cool them down to room temperature and serve.
