Ingredients for Pedewali Meethi Lassi Recipe

  • Yogurt 3 cups

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Malai pedas crumbled 12 + for garnish

  • Ice cubes 6-8

  • Fresh malai as required

  • Almonds slivered 6-8 for garnish

  • Saffron strands for garnish


Step 1

Take yogurt in a blender jar, add sugar, crumbled pedas and ice cubes and blend till smooth.

Step 2

Pour into tall serving glasses. Top with a little malai, some crumbled pedas, almond slivers and saffron strands and serve immediately.
