Ingredients
- 1½ cups grated cottage cheese (paneer)
 - ½ cup sprouted green gram (ankurit moong)
 - 8 white bread slices
 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
 - 1-2 fresh red chillies, chopped
 - Salt to taste
 - 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
 - White sesame seeds as required
 - Chopped chives to garnish
 
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Lightly grease a baking tray
 - Take cottage cheese in a bowl, add sprouted green gram, coriander leaves, red chillies, salt and sweet chilli sauce and mix well.
 - Cut roundels of the bread slices with a round cookie cutter. Spread some of the cottage cheese mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds on each roundel. Keep them on the baking tray.
 - Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-10 minutes.
 - Arrange them on a serving platter, garnish with chives and serve hot.
