By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Aug 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cottage cheese (paneer), Sprouted green gram (ankurit moong) Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Paneer Moong Toast - SK Khazana 1 1/2 cups Cottage cheese (paneer) grated 1/2 cup Sprouted green gram (ankurit moong) 8 White bread slices 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1-2 Fresh red chillies chopped to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Sweet chilli sauce as required White sesame seeds to garnish Chives chopped Method Preheat oven at 180ºC. Lightly grease a baking tray Take cottage cheese in a bowl, add sprouted green gram, coriander leaves, red chillies, salt and sweet chilli sauce and mix well. Cut roundels of the bread slices with a round cookie cutter. Spread some of the cottage cheese mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds on each roundel. Keep them on the baking tray. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-10 minutes.
