Ingredients for Noodle And Sago Cutlets Recipe

  • Noodles boiled 100 grams

  • Sago soaked 1/2 cup

  • Potatoes boiled and mashed 3 medium

  • Green chillies chopped 2

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Roasted peanuts crushed 1/2 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil to deep fry


Step 1

Mix together noodles, sago, potatoes, green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, fresh coriander leaves and salt well.

Step 2

Add crushed peanuts and mix again. Divide into eight equal sized portions and roll each portion into a ball. Press slightly. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the cutlets till golden.

Step 3

Drain onto an absorbent paper. Serve hot with coriander and mint chutney.
