By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Feb 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Noodles, Sago Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Noodle And Sago Cutlets 100 grams Noodles boiled 1/2 cup Sago soaked 3 medium Potatoes boiled and mashed 2 Green chillies chopped 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup Roasted peanuts crushed to taste Salt to deep fry Oil Method Advertisment Mix together noodles, sago, potatoes, green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, fresh coriander leaves and salt well. Add crushed peanuts and mix again. Divide into eight equal sized portions and roll each portion into a ball. Press slightly. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the cutlets till golden. Drain onto an absorbent paper. Serve hot with coriander and mint chutney.
