Ingredients
- 100 grams urad dal wadi
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 small radishes with leaves, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add moong wadis and saute till golden brown on medium heat. Remove, crush them coarsely and set aside.
- In the same pan add garlic, green chilli and saute for half a minute. Add onions and saute till light brown. Add tomato and cover and cook on medium heat till the tomatoes get cooked.
- Add radish with leaves and saute for few minutes. Add salt and moong wadi and half a cup of water and cook on medium heat till the wadis get cooked.
- Serve hot.
