Ingredients for Masala Chaas - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Yogurt 3 cups

  • Fresh mint leaves 45-50

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 3 tablespoons

  • Green chillies chopped 3

  • Black salt 2 teaspoons

  • Roasted cumin powder 2 teaspoon to sprinkle

  • Chaat masala 2 teaspoons

  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Method

Step 1

Put yogurt in a blender jar, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, black salt, cumin powder, chaat masala and some water and blend to a smooth mixture.

Step 2

Pour equally into 4 steel glasses, sprinkle some cumin powder and garnish with mint sprigs.

Step 3

Refrigerate and serve.
