Ingredients
- 2 cups macaroni, boiled and drained
- 4 chicken Sausage
- 1 pickled gherkin minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons French dressing
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of sugar
- 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Method
- Place the macaroni and pickled gherkin in a bowl and mix in the French Dressing. Place in a refrigerator to chill. Meanwhile, whisk together the cream and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Add salt to taste and a pinch of sugar.
- Add the sausages to the macaroni and pour the dressing over. Transfer to a deep salad bowl and garnish with slices of boiled egg and a sprinkling of paprika. Serve immediately.
