This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Oct 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients String beans (chavli) long beans, Honey Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Long Beans With Honey Sesame 250 grams String beans (chavli) long beans 4 tablespoons Honey 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds (black) toasted 3 tablespoons Oil 2 inch pie Ginger chopped 7-8 cloves Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 2 tablespoons Red chilli paste to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Peanuts crushed toasted Method Trim the beans and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain. Heat oil in a non stick wok pan. Add garlic and ginger and sauté. Add dark soy sauce, red chilli paste, ¼ cup water and salt and mix well. Add beans and mix. Add honey and mix. Add peanuts and mix. Transfer the beans into a serving plate, drizzle the sauce remaining in the wok over them, garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
