Ingredients for Lettuce Garlic And Croutons In Vinaigrette Recipe

  • Lettuce chilled 1 medium

  • White bread slices 4 slices

  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic chopped 3 cloves

  • Paneer (cottage cheese) cubed 100 grams

  • Cherry tomatoes halved 6

  • Vinegar 1 tablespoon

  • Olive oil 1/4 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Dried mixed herbs 1/2 teaspoon

  • Black peppercorns crushed 5-6

  • Fresh parsley chopped 2 teaspoons

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the bread into one-inch squares and toast in the oven till golden. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan; add the garlic cloves and sauté till brown. Mix together all the ingredients for the dressing.

Step 2

Add the browned garlic. Place the roughly torn lettuce, paneer, bread croutons and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss to mix with two forks. Serve immediately.
