By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mixed Pasta, Tomato Ketchup Cuisine Italian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Kindergarten Pasta 2 tablespoons Mixed Pasta 2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup 2 tablespoons Pasta coloured any shape 2 tablespoons Pasta alphabets 2 tablespoons Oil to taste Salt 4 Carrot 1/2 cup Tomato ketchup 1/4 teaspoon White pepper powder 1/2 cup Cheese optional grated Method Boil water in a pan with salt and oil. Add all the pastas except the alphabet pasta for they are small. Once the water starts boiling again add the alphabet pastas. Cook till al dente. Drain and keep aside. In another pan heat oil. Add carrot puree and sauté. Add tomato ketchup, salt and white pepper powder and mix. Add the pasta and mix. Serve hot in a fancy plate. If desired, sprinkle grated cheese on top just before serving.
