This quick Japanese stir-fry is a simple fresh soya bean stir-fry with just two seasoning ingredients. A healthy addition to your meal, edamame is known to be rich in iron and plant based protein.

  1. Heat sesame oil in a shallow pan, add garlic and sauté on high heat till it turns golden. 
  2. Add edamame pods, salt and black pepper powder, toss till well combined and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Transfer the edamame onto a serving bowl, garnish with red chilli flakes and serve.
