Ingredients
- 400 grams frozen edamame pods (fresh soya beans), thawed
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1½ teaspoons finely chopped garlic
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- Red chilli flakes for garnish
Method
- Heat sesame oil in a shallow pan, add garlic and sauté on high heat till it turns golden.
- Add edamame pods, salt and black pepper powder, toss till well combined and cook for 2 minutes.
- Transfer the edamame onto a serving bowl, garnish with red chilli flakes and serve.
