Ingredients for Kachchi Kairi Slush Recipe

  • Raw mangoes , peeled, seeded and chopped finely 2 medium

  • Raw mango syrup 8 tablespoons

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Cumin powder 2 teaspoons

  • Black salt (kala namak) to taste

  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish


Step 1

For each portion put a few ice cubes in a blender jar, add ½ chopped raw mango, ½ teaspoon cumin powder, black salt and 1-2 tablespoons raw mango syrup and blend coarsely.

Step 2

Transfer into serving glass and serve chilled garnished with a mint sprig.
