Ingredients for Kachche Kele Ke Roasti Recipe

  • Raw bananas, parboiled peeled and grated 4

  • Potatoes soaked in water grated 3 medium

  • Salt to taste

  • Onion finely chopped 1 medium

  • Tomato finely chopped 1 medium

  • Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon

  • Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon

  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon

  • Spring onion green chopped 1 stalk

  • Oil to cook


Step 1

Mix together raw bananas, potatoes, salt, onion, tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, spring onion greens in a bowl.

Step 2

Heat one teaspoon oil in a non stick pan and add a portion of the banana mixture and spread.

Step 3

Drizzle one teaspoon oil over the banana mixture and cook till the underside is lightly browned.

Step 4

Flip it over carefully and cook till the other side is equally done.

Step 5

Serve hot immediately.
