Drain and add basmati rice and milk and cook for 12-15 minutes or till the mixture thickens. Add sugar, green cardamom powder, saffron and mix well. Add sago, mix and cook further for 5 minutes. Transfer into small serving bowls and serve hot or chilled as desired.
