Ingredients 

  • 3 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled land cubed
  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon roasted cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon crushed coriander seeds 
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon dried mango powder (amchur)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves  + for garnish 

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and salt, mix and sauté till the seeds change colour.
  2. Add crushed coriander seeds, cumin powder, chilli powder and dried mango powder, mix well and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add potatoes and coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
