Ingredients
- 3 tinned pineapple slices, drained and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup mango pulp
- 1 banana, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large tomato, seeded and quartered
- 1 medium green capsicum, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 orange, separated into segments
- 1 medium apple, unpeeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup thick yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cream
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder to taste
Method
- Place all the salad ingredients in a large bowl, cover with cling film and place in a refrigerator to chill thoroughly.
- Meanwhile, make the mango dressing: mix together all the ingredients till smooth. Chill thoroughly. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and serve chilled.
