Ingredients 

  • 3 tinned pineapple slices, drained and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup mango pulp
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large tomato, seeded and quartered
  • 1 medium green capsicum, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 orange, separated into segments
  • 1 medium apple, unpeeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup thick yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder to taste

Method

  1. Place all the salad ingredients in a large bowl, cover with cling film and place in a refrigerator to chill thoroughly.
  2. Meanwhile, make the mango dressing: mix together all the ingredients till smooth. Chill thoroughly. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and serve chilled.
