By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Prawns (medium), Fresh basil leaves Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 1-1.30 hour Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Herb Garlic Prawns 12-16 Prawns (medium) deveined and butterfly cut with shells intact 8-10 Fresh basil leaves 2-3 Fresh parsley sprigs 3-4 Fresh thyme sprigs 1½ tablespoons Garlic chopped Lemon juice of ½ lemon to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon Olive oil 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon Butter Method Take prawns in a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Finely chop basil leaves and parsley and add to the bowl along with garlic, thyme leaves, chilli flakes and 2 tablespoons olive oil and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 1 hour. Arrange marinated prawns onto skewers. Heat butter and 1 teaspoon olive oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place skewers on it and grill till prawns are fully and evenly cooked.
