Ingredients list for Gulab Jamun Muffins
- 30-35 small Gualb Jamun
 - for sprink Refined Flour 140 gms +
 - 1/2 teaspoon Soda bicarbonate
 - 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
 - 120 grams White butter
 - 250 grams Condensed milk
 - 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
 - 200 grams Khoya/mawa
 - 80 ml Milk
 
Method
- Preheat oven at 180° C.
 - Place gulab jamuns in a plate. Sprinkle refined flour on them and mix till they are well coated.
 - Mix together 140 gms refined flour, soda bicarbonate, baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
 - In another bowl whisk white butter. Add condensed milk, little at a time, and mix. Add vanilla essence and mix well. Add khoya and whisk till the mixture thickens.
 - Add flour mixture and whisk well. Add milk and mix well.
 - Pour the batter into silicon moulds till half full, place 4-5 gulab jamuns in each mould. Pour the remaining batter over.
 - Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
 - Cool to room temperature, remove from moulds, arrange on a serving plate and serve.
